Luxury Apartments in Lavon Texas
Kingsbridge Apartments is building a brand new apartment complex located just across the street from the LakePointe Commercial Center. Our apartments overlook Lake Lavon, just west of the Highway 78 and Highway 6 crossing. We are conveniently located on the city bus route, and our buildings are high efficiency, environmentally minded, and eco-friendly.
Kingsbridge Apartments are huge – 1325 square feet. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk-in closets. We have modern amenities, such as ChargePoint electric car chargers, recycling bins, covered parking, online renting/leasing/helpdesk portal, and fiber optic connections to each apartment. We built apartments that we would want to live in. We built apartments that a family can truly call home.
The layout below is our apartment floor plan. There is a master bedroom, master bath, and walk in closet on one end, living area / kitchen / dining room in the center, and two bedrooms and a full bath on the other end. We wanted to give people space, so each of our buildings only have 3 apartments – Lower level, second level, and top level.

Unfortunately, Construction has been delayed indefinitely due to massive spikes in construction costs and supply chain availability for construction materials. We had originally planned to have apartments available for rent in Fall of 2022, however it will be at least the Fall of 2025 before these beautiful luxury apartments are available.
